Delivery

  • All prices are incl. vat. 24% (or vat. 10% maps and literature)
  • All orders are delivered way that customer chooses before payment.
  • There is five different kind of way to delivery (only two on international):
  1. Pick-up from store
  2. Pick-up from post office: You will get a message from post office when the delivery is ready to pick-up (international)
  3. Delivery to companys address will be shipped to address before 14pm on next day.
  4. Delivery to home. Smalla packages will be shipped straight to home. (international)
  5. Smartpost - delivery to post automat.
  • we do have right to change prices if there have been mistake.
  • Personal data will not be given to third parts.
  • we do have right to change ordered product to other in same value. (like no model on market).
  • we do have right to change way of delivery if it is necessary.

Time of delivery

  • Delivery times are normally between 1-5 days in Finland and 3-14 days international depending on product.
  • We do ship products to Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Poland, Netherland, Czech Repuplic, Bulgaria, Spain, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia and Portugal.

Reclaim

  • There is possibility to return products for 14 days.
  • Customized products are not possible to return.
  • Please contact our customer service before returning anything.

Products broken in transit

Occasionally, despite careful packing, parcels can be damaged during mail transport. Therefore, it is good to check the condition of the package when you collect it in the presence of a postman. If the package has been damaged during transportation and if the ordered product / products are damaged, please contact the post office immediately. Then contact our affiliate service to agree on the delivery of the new product.

1. Registration

Ordering does not require registration. However, registration is recommended. The customer must provide the correct contact information in the fields reserved for each order. The customer information of the Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi is confidential. The Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi undertakes not to disclose customer information to non-corporate partners.

2. Order binding

2.1. Contact between the parties takes place either by e-mail or by telephone (tel. +358 20 7558926). After placing an order, the consumer undertakes to monitor his / her e-mail in order to receive the order confirmation.
2.2. The binding trade agreement will enter into force when the Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi has sent an order confirmation (see section 2.4.).
2.3. The consumer has the right to cancel the entire order or parts of the order by e-mail, letter or telephone before the order is delivered. Delivery has taken place when a part of the order has been delivered to the consumer or a notice that the order can be picked up by mail.
2.4. Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi has the right to cancel the order if the product has had a clearly incorrect price for the consumer due to human error in the online store.

3. Prices

Delivery prices are calculated for each order separately. Prices are visible before the order is paid.


4. Delivery

4.1. If the product is in our stock, the estimated delivery time is in Finland from one to three (1-3) business days or from four to seven (4-7) business days.

4.2. If the Product is not in stock, the Estimated Delivery Time is from three to seven (3-7) business days or from five to fourteen (5-14) business days in Finland. The product is ordered by the Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi either from the importer or the wholesaler no later than the working day following the order. It is possible that the products will not be found immediately by those parties. Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi does not take responsibility for delivery delays due to imperfections or delays in deliveries of products by the importer or wholesaler for products not in our warehouse.

4.3. If you want to have a definite product by a certain date, you have to make a separate agreement with the seller via phone, e-mail or in the shop. Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi operates in accordance with the needs of consumers, if reasonably possible.

4.4. If the consumer buys more products for which Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi has announced different delivery times, the order will naturally be delivered according to the longest announced delivery time.

4.5. Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi supplies products to Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Poland, Netherland, Czech Repuplic, Bulgaria, Spain, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia and Portugal. All deliveries by Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi will take place via Finland Post office (international) or Matkahuolto (in Finland only), unless otherwise agreed between the consumer and the boatman Verkkokauppa.fi.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Payment is made using the following payment methods:

Visa, Visa-Electron, MasterCard sekä Eurocard, Osuuspankki Online Payment, Sampopank Online Payment, Nordea E Payment, Handelsbanken Online Payment, Tapiola Online Payment, Ålandsbanken Online Payment, S-Bank Online Payment, Aktia Online Payment, Savings Bank Online Payment, Online Payment of Local Cooperative Banks, Nooa Savings Bank Online Payment, Jousto Fee Payment or Invoice (in Finland only).


5.2. Payments through Paytrail

If you want to pay through Paytrail's payment methods, Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi will only act as a marketer for products and services and will also deliver the products to the buyer. Thus, Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi is responsible only for the marketing of the product, delivery and handling of any complaints. If necessary, you can also address the claim to Paytrail Oyj.
Paytrail Plc will forward the amount of the payment to the WBC Boat Shop in accordance with the Payment Services Act 290/2010. Payment information is provided to the payee / supplier immediately.

5.3. Visa and MasterCard payments

In Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard Paytrail plc acts as the seller of the product.

5.4. Paytrail account

Paytrail and the cardholder are the parties to the payment transaction for card payments through the Paytrail account.

5.5. Online Banking

Paytrail plc in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions, provides payment and financial services related to online banking. Paytrail Oyj buys a payment and pays it to the merchant. From the user's perspective, the service works just like traditional online payment. Paytrail Oyj is the recipient of the payment. Payee Receiver: WBC Veneilijän Verkkokauppa (Oy Waltic Ab).

6. Returns

6.1. The consumer shall have the right to return unused products within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product / products, excluding the date of receipt. The product to be returned and the product packaging must be substantially in the same condition as when it was received.
6.2. The consumer must make a return notice through his or her login page via the online store or the link received during the order BEFORE returning the product. Products should not be returned before the Veneilijän Verkkokauppa's approval.

8. Complaint

8.1. If the wrong product has been delivered to the consumer, the product has been damaged, etc., the consumer must notify Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi within a reasonable time, either by e-mail, by phone or by mail to Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi Veneentekijäntie 16 00210 Helsinki. Invalid shipping will be returned free of charge according to instructions provided by Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi (section 6). Returns are made after the complaint has been made.

9. Force majeure

9.1. Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi is not responsible for the fact that delivery of the order is blocked, complicated or delayed by a outside the control of Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, authority decision, general traffic disruption or any other action that hinders or prevents the operation of Veneilijän Verkkokauppa.fi.

10. Settlement of disputes

10.1. disputes and disagreements are governed by Finnish law.
